Refunds and Returns.

At SLAP, our goal is simple — to make you happy with your order. Every print is made with care, and we stand by our products with our Happiness Guarantee. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your print — even if you simply changed your mind — let us know within 100 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. You don't need to return anything.

We want you to absolutely love your SLAP prints. If there's any issue with your order, please reach out so we can help. Common examples include:

• Quality Issues: If your prints arrive damaged, defective, or not as expected, we'll happily replace them at no extra cost.
• Shipping Problems: If your order was lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, we'll work with you to sort it out quickly.
• Other Concerns: Even if it's something small, we'd still love to hear from you — we're committed to finding a solution that leaves you smiling.

To help us resolve things as quickly as possible, please share:

• Your order number
• A short description of what happened
• Photos of the issue (if possible)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise this right, inform us (Mixtiles B.V., Strawinskylaan 903, 1077 XX Amsterdam, the Netherlands, hi@slap.art) of your decision by a clear statement — for example by email, through the "Withdraw from contract here" link at the bottom of our site, or by using the model withdrawal form below (it is not obligatory). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14 days have passed.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method you used. You don't need to send the print back.

Our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee goes further than this legal right: you can ask for a full refund for any reason within 100 days of delivery. It does not limit your statutory rights.
